Renovation Design Consultation
The renovation consultation with Cochran's Remodeling & Construction can address any home renovation project you have in mind. Maybe you are contemplating a kitchen or bath remodel but you are unsure where to begin. If so, this service is for you. As experts in renovations, we can walk you through the steps of what you need to do and where to begin. We use this time as a work session to discuss ideas, work order, the layout, answer structural questions and come up with a plan of action. This service is good for both the DIY’er and a customer in need of a remodeler or help with design. Our goal is to educate you on what to look for in a reliable project contractor. Additional time after the first 1.5 hours is billed at a rate of $65/hour and is paid at the end of the consultation.
