One of our professional staff members will drive to your home and do a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of your home, taking photos and or videos to share with you so you can see that your home is safe and sound. Should we come upon any disturbances or situations that need addressed, our skilled staff will communicate with you and possess the skills to address items that need repaired.

Items checked for $45 a visit:

-run all faucets and flush toilets, check for water leaks/damage- under sinks, toilets, and spigots
-walk perimeter of home and check for exterior damage- windows, siding, doors
-garage doors
-windows are closed and secure
-check appliances
-check/adjust thermostats
-take note of any unusual smells, look for visible signs of rodents/animals/insects
We will even get your mail and bring it inside if you like!
